River rushing: “Whoooosh!”
Elephant trumpeting: “Paaaaaarp!”
Snake hissing: “Ssssss!”

“The Scouts were on a jungle expedition. (Birds chirping) They trekked through the trees and heard the river rushing nearby. (River rushing) Just as they reached the water’s edge, they saw an elephant drinking from the stream. (Elephant trumpeting) Suddenly, a snake slithered through the bushes. (Snake hissing) The Scouts quickly crossed the river, cheering as they made it safely to the other side!”
